Objectives

During the course participants will:

• Learn about the organization, delving into the challenge of the competitive environment in which it operates
• Acquire managerial skills and a comprehensive view of business functions to manage transformation
• Develop a leadership style useful for building a corporate culture and collaborative work teams

Target Audience

The program is aimed at managers and executives and in general at anyone who aims to strengthen their leadership style and expand their skills to guide the organization through transformation.

Certificate

A certificate of completion will be issued at the end of the programme. Participants are required to attend at least 80% of sessions.
