Overview

The Executive Programme in Transformational Leadership develops a new generation of organizational leaders who are able to lead a multicultural, gender-inclusive teams with empathy and emotional intelligence. You will learn the complex art of emotion management and become better able to manage challenge emotions such as anxiety, loneliness and secondary trauma within yourself and your team members. In short, you will learn the necessary tools and skills to exercise an effective leadership style in the new normal

Objectives

The Executive Programme in Transformational Leadership prepares professionals that are able to develop Compassionate, Meaningful, Sustainable Relationships(“CMSRs”) with both themselves and the people they lead.

Our graduates learn how to do good (mobilize a group of people to achieve meaningful social objectives), do well (leverage sufficient financial resources for their companies and organizations) and do right (act with integrity, sustain the evolving passion and motivation of both their team members and themselves, and discover a meaningful balance between work and life).

Our students also discern the mechanisms underlying the construction of consensus and the ability to define and implement the most effective business and organizational communication strategies. While many programs teach people how to become successful—according to their definition of success—our students learn something much more far-reaching and life- and career-sustaining: how to become both successful—in other words, to live the life you love—and happy—to love the life you live.

In today’s highly competitive global marketplace, the most effective leaders understand that to attract and retain top talent they are running not a sprint, but a marathon. They choose character over strategy, higher-order values over short-term opportunity, helping others over self-interest. Why? They know it is precisely these decisions that undergird not only the long-term success of their companies and organizations, but their own long-term well-being.

Specifically, the programme enables participants to:

  1. Acquire intrapersonal and interpersonal competences instrumental to the development of a personal leadership style
  2. Develop the skills necessary to create an authentic, culturally and gender inclusive organizational culture
  3. Develop the skills necessary to manage successful teams
  4. Learn to apply techniques and tools of coordination, communication and strategic alignment aimed at the effective management of new working environments (e.g., hybrid, remote)

Target Audience

It is aimed at managers, entrepreneurs and other professionals working in various functional areas who wish to maximise their career potential with roles of increased responsibility and coordination.

Certificate of Participation

At the end of the programme a certificate of participation will be issued to those who have attended at least 80% of the educational activities envisioned by the programme.
