Curriculum
The Executive Programme in Transformational Leadership lasts 5 months and is composed of 5 modules.
- Module 1: Principles of Leadership and Management
- Module 2: Becoming a Leader on the Inside: Intrapersonal Abilities, Work-Life Balance and Time Management
- Module 3: Becoming a Leader on the Outside: Interpersonal Abilities, the Development of Workplace Relationships and the Creation of Organizational Culture
- Module 4: Collaborative Communication and the Building of High-Performance Teams
- Module 5: Leadership in Times of Social Disconnection

Programme Schedule, Delivery and Locations
The Programme starts on 4 November 2022 and lasts 5 months.
The Programme offers a hybrid experience where participants benefit from different scheduling options. Students can choose whether attending residential modules on campus (at Luiss Business School Amsterdam Hub) or online, according to their personal schedules/preferences.
Therefore, lessons will be delivered both on campus in Amsterdam and online.
On campus lessons will take place at Luiss Business School Amsterdam Hub, Nieuwe Herengracht 103, 1011 RZ Amsterdam (The Netherlands).
