The programme proposes a comprehensive overview of the role of data, digital ecosystems, multi-sided platforms, along with a strategic analysis of the most important digital technologies, including blockchain, artificial intelligence, robotics, etc. Starting from a thorough discussion of the consequences of the digital transformation for industries, value chains and operating models, it will guide participants through a learning journey that enables them to design a proper digital agenda, to align the organization accordingly, and to execute a digital strategy that delivers value.

Objectives

The objective of the programme “Mastering the Digital Transformation” is to offer students the skillset and toolset to understand and successfully face the challenges, implications and opportunities associated with the digital transformation.

Certificate of Participation

At the end of the programme a certificate of participation will be issued to those who have attended at least 80% of the educational activities envisioned by the programme.
