The Learning Journey is a combination of innovative and cutting-edge learning tools that make the education experience flexible by building a blended learning path.
On and Off Campus Training
Participants will be involved both in person and in synchronous off-campus sessions. In both cases, participants will be able to interact with faculty on the topics covered by the module/programme through workshops, laboratories, exercises, simulations, role-playing games, discussions on business cases and best practices.
Digital Learning Material On-Demand
On-demand digital learning materials include multimedia films, in-depth focus, infographics and audio narrations (depending on the training needs of each course) focused on the main theories, methodologies and tools that the chosen flex program concerns. The materials will be made available to participants for the entire duration of the programme.
During the programme the faculty will guide participants as to the learning materials to be viewed from time to time.
Virtual Panel
Virtual Panels are live sessions during which participants will be involved in thematic discussions related to the subject of the current module and will be able to interact with the faculty of the programme and guest speakers possibly involved.
