The Flex Executive Programme in Negotiation is focused on the pace of change and complexity in the competitive business landscape, as negotiation becomes a key ability to foster company success in closing effective deals and profitable transactions. Through simulations and immersive exercises, the programme provides a comprehensive overview to manage complex and high stakes negotiations.

Goal

Participants will acquire conceptual framework and cutting-edge tools to analyse the relevant circumstances influencing the negotiation, mould the bargaining process and get more valuable and likely-to-be-accepted results.
At the end of the programme, participants will have mastered the necessary techniques to control the negotiation process, understand and pre-empt counterparts’ reactions. Through hands-on simulation and role-play, participants will sharpen and perfect their negotiation style, leveraging their strengths and improving on their weaknesses, to become a more effective and reflective negotiator.
Participants will be able to identify the key aspects of success by learning and acquiring useful practices to become an expert in this field.
