Participants will acquire conceptual framework and cutting-edge tools to analyse the relevant circumstances influencing the negotiation, mould the bargaining process and get more valuable and likely-to-be-accepted results.
At the end of the programme, participants will have mastered the necessary techniques to control the negotiation process, understand and pre-empt counterparts’ reactions. Through hands-on simulation and role-play, participants will sharpen and perfect their negotiation style, leveraging their strengths and improving on their weaknesses, to become a more effective and reflective negotiator.
Participants will be able to identify the key aspects of success by learning and acquiring useful practices to become an expert in this field.
Flex Programmes combine a flexible and fully digitally organisational structure with sessions whereby participants can experience the Community Executive Education of Luiss Business School, developing their own network of contacts and embarking upon a spontaneous process of mutual transfer of knowledge, experience and best practices. The sessions held face-to-face in person will involve participants in Networking events during which they will be facilitated by Ambassadors who will act as a reference point to build a transversal network within the Community. In addition, to stay in touch with the Luiss Business School Community and to find new profiles with which to establish a Business Opportunity, the School has set up Luiss BS Connect, a social media platform that allows participants to interact with an audience of professionals united by Luiss BS training and to share news as well as information about events and vacancies.
