The Flex Executive Programme in Negotiation is focused on the pace of change and complexity in the competitive business landscape, as negotiation becomes a key ability to foster company success in closing effective deals and profitable transactions. Through simulations and immersive exercises, the programme provides a comprehensive overview to manage complex and high stakes negotiations.

On Campus Training

When


Takes place during the programme, face-to-face in person. .

How


Participants will be involved in ice-breaking workshops, will get to know the programme coordinators and staff and will present the developed Business Challenge to the faculty and members of the Corporate Advisory Board.
Virtual Panel

When


Meetings with guest speakers that take place after live sessions.

How


Virtual Panels are live sessions during which participants will be involved in thematic discussions related to the subject of the current module and will be able to interact with the faculty of the programme and guest speakers possibly involved therein.
Digital Learning On Demand

When


Throughout the programme and functional to off-campus training.

How


On-demand digital learning materials include multimedia films, in-depth focus, infographics and audio narrations (depending on the training needs of each course) focused on the main theories, methodologies and tools that the chosen flex program concerns. The materials will be made available to participants for the entire duration of the programme.
Off campus training

When


All Friday afternoon from 4.00 p.m. until 6.00 p.m.

How


Synchronous off-campus training sessions, during which participants will be able to interact with faculty on the topics covered by the module/programme and to go into depth regarding the content availed of through video pills.

Objectives

Participants will acquire conceptual framework and cutting-edge tools to analyse the relevant circumstances influencing the negotiation, mould the bargaining process and get more valuable and likely-to-be-accepted results.
At the end of the programme, participants will have mastered the necessary techniques to control the negotiation process, understand and pre-empt counterparts’ reactions. Through hands-on simulation and role-play, participants will sharpen and perfect their negotiation style, leveraging their strengths and improving on their weaknesses, to become a more effective and reflective negotiator.
Participants will be able to identify the key aspects of success by learning and acquiring useful practices to become an expert in this field.

The Executive Programme in Negotiation consists of 3 modules. Modules are planned every Thursday from 6.30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m.

Networking with a Personal Business Community

Flex Programmes combine a flexible and fully digitally organisational structure with sessions whereby participants can experience the Community Executive Education of Luiss Business School, developing their own network of contacts and embarking upon a spontaneous process of mutual transfer of knowledge, experience and best practices. The sessions held face-to-face in person will involve participants in Networking events during which they will be facilitated by Ambassadors who will act as a reference point to build a transversal network within the Community. In addition, to stay in touch with the Luiss Business School Community and to find new profiles with which to establish a Business Opportunity, the School has set up Luiss BS Connect, a social media platform that allows participants to interact with an audience of professionals united by Luiss BS training and to share news as well as information about events and vacancies.

Tuition Fee

The tuition fee is EUR 2,500 + VAT. Tuition includes materials and access to all Luiss Business School facilities.


Fee Waivers

Luiss Business School offers several fee waiver options for executive education:

  • Any participant who has already attended a Luiss Business School programme or is a Luiss Guido Carli graduate will be entitled to a reduction of 10% of the fee payable.
  • Any company or institution that enrols multiple individuals in the same programme will be entitled to a reduction of a 10% the fee payable.
  • Any participant who enrols at least 30 days before the start date will be entitled to an early bird reduction of 5% of the fee payable
  • Any participant who enrols at least 60 days before the start date will be entitled to an early bird reduction of 10% of the fee payable.
The above reduction cannot be combined with any other reduction, scholarship or sponsorship support.

Through the completion of an online questionnaire and subsequent individual feedback from a qualified assessor, the personality assessments provide an in-depth picture of personal characteristics and potential.
