The programme lasts 28 hours and spans 4 days:
DAY 1: INTRODUCTION TO UAE MARKET WITH DUBAI FOCUS
- Introduction to the UAE market
- The Dubai Economic Agenda D33

- History of the Real Estate Market in the UAE
DAY 2: REAL ESTATE LANDSCAPE, TOOLS AND REGULATORY FRAMEWORK

- Get insights from Data
- Deep-Dive on Dubai
- How to structure a robust real estate portfolio
- Focus on Luxury Real Estate in the UAE
DAY 3: VISIT TO DUBAI LAND DEPARTMENT (DLD) AND KEY DEVELOPERS:
- The Dubai Land Department (DLD) process and key data
- Dubai Key Developers overview flagship projects
DAY 4: VISIT TO ABU DHABI REAL ESTATE CENTRE (DARI) AND KEY DEVELOPERS
- The Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (DARI) process and key data
- Abu Dhabi Key Developers overview flagship projects
Location
The Executive Course in Real Estate in the UAE will be held from October 28th to October 31st 2025 (Tuesday – Friday) from 09:00 A.M. to 05:00 P.M.
The Course will be held from held on campus at Luiss Business School Dubai Hub for Made in Italy, Sheikh Zayed Road, Convention Tower – 4th floor, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Site visits in Dubai and Abu Dhabi will be arranged by the Luiss Business School staff on day 3 and day 4.
