Curriculum
Executive Course in Real Estate in the UAE is composed of 3 modules:
- Module 1: Introduction to UAE Market with Dubai Focus
Explore the UAE real estate market, focusing on Dubai’s Economic Agenda D33, the 2040 Urban Master Plan, and the role of Abu Dhabi and other Emirates in shaping the sector. - Module 2: Real Estate Landscape, Tools, and Regulatory Framework
Gain insights into Dubai’s regulatory framework, real estate landscape, and data-driven strategies, with a deep dive into Emaar and portfolio structuring for profitable investments. - Module 3: Visits to Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Key Developers
Visit the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and top developers like Emaar and Nakheel, analyzing key projects, market data, and the Expo City Master Plan.
Programme Schedule, Delivery and Locations
The program will take place from 30 April 2025 to 2 May 2025 (Thursday-Saturday) from 09:00 A.M. to 05:00 P.M for a total duration of 21 hours.
The lessons will be delivered partly on campus and partly remotely (streaming).
Location
On campus lessons will take place at Luiss Business School Dubai Hub for Made in Italy, Sheikh Zayed Road, Convention Tower – 4th floor, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
