The candidates enrolled in the DBA – HELM will take part in the International Experience at our partner institution Boston College and its Lynch School of Education and Human Development. Luiss Business School has created a partnership with the prestigious Executive Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education. Boston College is also the founder of the globally known Center for International Higher Education (CIHE), partner institutions.
The International Experience is a residency study programme combined with research workshops and fieldtrip. It is a unique opportunity to enrich the DBA curriculum and discover the educational systems of our partner institution Boston College. The programme also includes guest lectures, visits to universities and joint seminars with students from the Executive Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education.
The residency programme takes place in the 3rd year in mid-July. Specifics will be determined a year in advance each year; the residency will always take place in mid-July.
International modules are taught in English and participation is mandatory. The cost of accommodations and some meals are included in the tuition and fees, while all candidates must self-pay for travel and visas.
Luiss Business School candidates will receive a certificate from the Boston College for participation in the residency.
