How to Apply
Successful applicants will be MA graduates of a (nationally) recognized university or hold an equivalent graduate professional qualification. They will have the potential to achieve organisational change within their organisations, or the higher education sector in general. They are generally required to have held a mid-level position and at least three years of work experience.
To enrol it is necessary to pass the Admission Test which assesses the candidates’ skills, motivation and potential. The test can be taken on site or remotely.

Admission Test
The Admission Test evaluates the applicant’s skills, personal motivations, and potential. It can be administered on campus or remotely.
The Admission Test consists of personal interviews focused on the essay or outline of personal research interest and the motivation letter.
Application
Fill in the Application Form to apply for the admission test available on the programme website. The following documents will be requested:
- copy of degree certificate(s)
- At least one letter of recommendation from academic or professional supervisor
- curriculum vitae
- digital ID photo
- copy of passport or ID document
- admission fee receipt of € 100 (non-refundable)
- Motivation Letter
- Essay or outline of personal research interest:
- Research interest / focus
- Potential Research Questions
- Contributions to the field
- Statement of Motivation
- All in one document
- Up to 1000 words
- Topical style, no academic references /APA style
Candidates with an international degree are required to send the following further documentation for evaluation:
- copy of degree certificate both in original language and in English
- self-declaration form available HERE.
- transcript of records in English
- diploma supplement (optional)
Payment of the admission fee
The admission fee is payable online simultaneously.
