Overview

The fashion industry requires a broad strategic vision, as well as a deep knowledge of the market. Industry players need solid managerial skills to face the challenges deriving from the digital revolution and the continuous transformation it entails, in terms of innovative business models. Particular attention is also paid to ethics and sustainability issues, given the crucial need to deliver products with positive environmental and social impact.

Objectives

The programme aims to train new leaders able to face the challenges and seize the opportunities of this fast-changing industry, equipping them with the tools to design and propose innovative strategic solutions.

The main goal is to provide participants with cutting-edge managerial and strategic skills, preparing them to become future leaders in the fashion industry.

By the end of this programme participants will gain a deeper understanding of the dynamics shaping the industry, as well as tools and techniques useful to succeed in their business.

The programme is designed for managers, executives, sales manager and business unit managers who operate in the fashion industry and wish to acquire the skills to pursue a successful career in their organisation.

Certificate of Participation

At the end of the programme a certificate of participation will be issued to those who have attended at least 80% of the training activities envisioned by the programme.
