Curriculum

The programme is organised in 5 modules, each focused on a specific trait of family business. 

Module 1: Basics and Key Challenges

Module 2: Inspirational on-site Experience 

Module 3: Keys for Value Over Generations 

Module 4: Leadership, Sustainability and Philanthropy

Module 5: Your Values, Your Vision

 Schedule 

The Course is divided into 5 modules, the first “Basics & Key Challenges” will take place at Luiss Business School in Rome, the second “Inspirational on-site Experience” will take place at IESEG Lille campus, the third “Keys for Value Over Generations” at IE Business School in Madrid, the fourth “Leadership, Sustainability and Philanthropy” will take place at Collegio Carlo Alberto in Turin, whereas the last module “Your Values, Your Vision” will be held again at Luiss Business School.

The Collegio Carlo Alberto is a foundation created in 2004 as a joint initiative of the Compagnia di San Paolo and the University of Torino. Its mission is to foster research and high education in the social sciences, in accordance with the values and practices of the international academic community, through a threefold action plan: the production of first-rate research in Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences and Law; the provision of top-level undergraduate and graduate education in the above disciplines and the contribution to the public policy debate.
