Curriculum
The curriculum is built as an integrated development path for emerging digital and tech leaders who need to combine vision, execution, and people leadership. Across ten modules, participants explore the capabilities that matter most today: Future Vision, Operations Execution, Innovation Design, Technology Platforms, Tech Leadership, Business Strategy, Management Fundamentals, Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, and Growth Culture.
Rather than focusing only on theory, the program addresses the leadership questions that define modern tech management: how to scale AI beyond pilots, how to balance speed with quality and technical debt, how to align technical principles with business direction, how to modernize legacy systems, and how to position tech teams as true business partners.
Core topics include:
- AI disruption and technology megatrends
- Business models and value propositions
- Agile delivery and digital operating models
- Technology regulation, risk, and governance
- Product and portfolio management
- Platforms, data, architectures, and cybersecurity
- Strategy, economics, and AI-enabled advantage
- Financial value, business cases, and performance metrics
- Change management and transformation execution
- Responsible AI, ethics, and governance
- Talent, culture, and stakeholder engagement
The learning format combines masterclasses, experiential labs, fireside chats, reflection sessions, and three individual coaching sessions. This structure allows participants to translate insight into action, while strengthening their leadership style, managerial authority, and day-to-day effectiveness in their own organizational context.
