The Major in Sustainable Business Management of the Master in International Management is a unique program aimed at young graduates motivated to become change agents leading the transformation for sustainable businesses contributing to a future within planetary boundaries.
The corporate and societal challenges posed by the current climate crises and derivative crises (energy, supply chain), urges companies to act. To create solutions for these global challenges, companies need to transform their business and to collaborate with multiple stakeholders: competitors, customers, suppliers, governmental agencies, and the public at large to make this transformation happen.
The program combines theory and practice, bridges academia and industry, and integrates hard and soft skills. The program focuses on equipping students with an in-depth understanding of the challenges at hand, the role of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) for business, the essentials of running a business, the required knowledge to create innovative solutions, the potential pathways to a sustainable future, and the collaborative skills to make it happen.

Diploma and ECTS
The Master in International Management –Major in Sustainable Business Management is a first-level Degree Programme.
It is accredited by the Italian Ministry of Education as a “Master Universitario di Primo Livello” and provides students with at least 65 ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System).
The Master’s Diploma and ECTS will be awarded to participants who have passed all mandatory exams and assessment tests.
