CeSID activities are universally directed to people related to Luiss Business School, such as Staff, Scholars, Students, Stakeholders, whose engagement the CeSID is willing to strengthen in the medium-long term.
Increasing awareness about Sustainability, Inclusion and Digitalization, and the related immersion in these issues, constitute the keys to positively transform current business, and consequently the future.
To change tomorrow, we must properly work on today’s activities, step by step.
Staff
Join the GAS (solidarity purchase group)
Among its goals, CeSID is willing to spread awareness about Sustainability through Luiss Business School staff, first. At this purpose, the Center is promoting the purchase of biological products through GAS (Solidarity Purchase Groups), with the multiple benefit to support local farmers, to decrease waste, and to spread the usefulness and quality of zero-miles food.
ERS bounty
This project merges a series of initiatives born from Luiss Business School Staff. Everyone can introduce their idea for making the School campus and Offices more sustainable, by evidencing the benefits and positive outcomes the ideas are going to imply. Aiming at generating new actors of change, by acquiring the awareness of their own ability to be part of a positive, wide impact.
Scholars
Academic volunteering
We offer to our Partners the possibility to take advantage of all courses and programmes inserted in our educational portfolio with special discounts on fees.
ERS challenge
Insert of sustainability contents into each course held at Luiss Business School, after having individuated a macro-theme in order to give homogeneity to the spread of awareness on sustainability, for better matching the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, promoted within the Agenda 2030.
Beneath this project incentives to led research on these themes are encouraged.
Students
Volunteers
The CeSID promotes a structured voluntary activity, willing to involve students in complementary activities essential to their individual study scope, for each student willing to invest their time in the creation of social impact. To generate value and to imprint a superior qualitative asset to the leaders of tomorrow.
Supporters
Creation of sustainability-focused events by Luiss Business School students who mainly demonstrate awareness about the issue, involving NGOs and stakeholders. Because Luiss Business School could be a promoter of sustainability, it must be rooted in our own culture.
Stakeholders
Dialogues on Sustainability
High-value annual conferences, striving to arise awareness about Sustainability, to spread a responsible corporate culture, thanks to the support of authoritative personalities.
Creative Upcycling
Regeneration of Luiss Business School stationery, featured by old brand identity, thanks to the involvement of a creative lab which counts on disabled people. The double goal of the initiative is to reduce waste – by applying fine technic and aesthetic work to old stationery, preserving it from scrapheap – and by helping special people to develop their potential.
