Open Evening Milano Luiss Hub

The Open Evening is the orientation event to get to know Luiss Business School’s ecosystem and be guided in the search for the programme that is more likely to respond to your professional aspirations and attitudes. Discover the educational offer of the Milan Luiss Hub and the international multi-hub experience embedded in Luiss Business School’s Masters and Programmes in 3 influential European Cities: Rome, Milan and Amsterdam. WHEN: 7 June 2022 from 5 pm to 7.30 pm CEST WHERE: Milan Luiss Hub, Via Massimo D’Azeglio 3, 20154 Milan. The following programmes will be presented: – Full-time Masters: I and II level Master’s Degree Programmes in all management areas aimed at training professionals able to generate a positive impact on the business world. Laboratories, Networking, Coaching and personalised Career Services to support the professional and personal development of each student. – MBA: The excellence in general management education designed to match the different needs and expectation for the future of each student: from young professionals to middle-managers and C-levels. – Executive Education: Part-time and Flex Programmes aimed at professionals, managers and entrepreneurs willing to update their competencies and skills in their reference industry thanks to an experiential teaching methodology, the attention to networking and the EduCare services. – International Multi-hub experience: Luiss Business School offers international experience in a multi-hub formula allowing students to attend one programme in two European cities (Amsterdam + Rome or Amsterdam + Milan). Coordinators, coaches and career advisors will be available for the entire duration of the event for individual informative sessions. Participants are invited to bring an updated version of their CV. MBA Open Day

Luiss Business School opens the doors of its Campus in Rome for those who want to learn more about all MBAs starting in 2022. A great way for prospective students interested in pursuing an MBA to find out about the contents of this growth path, the formats: Executive, Full-time, Part-time, Online, On Campus or Blended and the two hubs where the programmes are delivered: Rome and Milan. The on-campus event allows candidates to take part in a Masterclass on Women leadership @work in the innovation ecosystem, meet MBA alumni, get to know the coaches and career advisors and take part in one-to-one orientation sessions with the MBA Coordinators and the Recruitment Staff. The Event Secondary Trauma Challenges Impacting the Healthcare Ecosystem - Roundtable & Networking. On 9 May 2022 Prof. Anthony Silard, with a panel of renowned experts of the European Healthcare Ecosystem, will discuss the importance of secondary trauma detection & management in healthcare and life sciences organizations. The event will take place both on campus and Online: Event on campus will take place in the beautiful setting of Amsterdam's new hub of the Luiss business School, Nieuwe Herengracht 103. REGISTER Outline The Covid-19 pandemic has recently exacerbated the long-lasting phenomenon of post-traumatic stress symptoms (PTSS) in healthcare workers (HCWs). Its prevention and management is a challenge worldwide as HCWs are likely to experience acute and chronic, often unpredictable, occupational stressors leading to PTSS. Whether related to primary trauma or secondary traumatic stress/vicarious trauma (STS/VT), stress symptoms and effects are very similar and can significantly impact individuals, teams and organisations. A large body of evidence exists that links such events to associated mental health issues among HCWs. In this session, Dr. Silard will explore effective approaches to detect and ameliorate post-traumatic stress symptoms with special emphasis on the role that managers and leaders play in helping health employees process secondary trauma and restoring a healthier working environment. About the Main speaker Antony Silard Dr. Anthony Silard is an Associate Professor of Leadership and the Director of the Center for Sustainable Leadership at Luiss Business School in Rome. He is also the CEO of The Global Leadership Institute and the President of The Center for Social Leadership. Anthony holds a Ph.D. in leadership from IESE Business School, which he received with First-Class/Excellent Distinction. He also holds a Master’s in Public Policy focused on leadership from Harvard University and has received two of Harvard’s most prestigious awards, the Robert F. Kennedy Public Service Award and the Manuel Carballo Memorial Award. His leadership programs have helped thousands of people in over 40 countries to create positive, breakthrough personal and social change in their lives and the lives of others. Anthony has been published in seven countries and six languages. His latest book is Screened In: The Art of Living Free in the Digital Age. A PBS television show aired a 30-minute documentary on his life on television stations in over 40 U.S. states and various film festivals. He writes regularly for Psychology Today and Real Leaders and has been featured on MSNBC, Voice of America and hundreds of television stations, newspapers and magazines such as USA Today, The International Business Times, Fast Company, and The Financial Times. Anthony’s conferences are unique in that he renders the line between personal and organizational leadership virtually indistinguishable. Master Open Evening

The Master Open Evening is an on-campus event where you can discover Luiss Business School’s first- and second-level master’s programmes dedicated to undergraduates in their final year and recent graduates. The Luiss Business School Staff will welcome you to the Villa Blanc Campus in Rome and will be at your disposal for personalised information sessions about: admission process;  financial aid and scholarships; career service; career and international exchange opportunities. During the Open Evening you will find answers to all your questions about the master’s programme you are interested in or, if you are not clear about which one is right for you, you will be guided in your search for the master’s programme that best fits your profile and aspirations.
