Executive Education seeks to enable participants to maximise their business impact, supporting their personal and professional growth, through an ultra-personalised learning path and an innovative teaching methodology.

The Blended Learning Model

Each module is a carefully architected mix of intensive in-person engagement and flexible digital learning:

  • Residential Classes: Held from Wednesday to Saturday. These sessions focus on high-impact networking, peer-to-peer workshops, and deep-dive seminars with lead faculty.
  • Online Education: The programme offers a hybrid experience where courses are delivered in both synchronous and asynchronous formats.

Choice and Flexibility: Candidates have the unique opportunity to attend residential modules in person at our European hubs or join synchronously online, ensuring the programme fits the demanding schedules of global higher education leaders.

European Hubs & International Residency

The residential modules are organized across the primary campuses of Luiss Business School, Luiss University providing a dual-city experience in two of Europe’s major metropolitan centers:

  • Rome: The historic and administrative heart of Luiss.
  • Amsterdam: A global hub for innovation and international education.

In the summer of the 2nd year, the entire cohort participates in an International One-Week Residential at one of our partner institutions, such as the Center for International Higher Education (CIHE) at Boston College.
