AI GROW
AI GROW is a project designed to encourage the use of AI tools in companies through practical challenges. Its goal is to increase female employment in the digital sector, a rapidly growing field that still suffers from a significant gender gap.
This ambitious initiative involves leading companies, institutions, and organizations as project sponsors, supporting or enhancing their digital transformation journey.
AI GROW’s aims are:
- Career Opportunities: We create pathways for solid and rewarding careers in the digital field, free from gender bias;
- Professional Development: We offer support and guidance to help participants pursue careers in the digital sector.
Project Structure
Key Points:
- Selected partner companies launch real-world challenges to Luiss Business School students, who work in teams of up to ten participants to develop solutions;
- Each team has approximately three months to work on the challenge, supported by a Luiss Business School tutor;
- At the end of the period, the challenges are presented in a final contest, where the best project is awarded.
