Job Shadowing
The Job Shadowing activity offers Luiss Business School students the opportunity to “shadow” a top level manager for a full or half day. The goal is to provide a hands-on experience of what it means to be a manager, and to allow students to ask for advice on how to face the challenges and sacrifices required to reach such positions, including how to balance professional and personal life.
Structure:
- One or two students are assigned to each manager;
- Students follow the manager during their workday (full or half day);
- After 3–4 weeks, students meet the manager again in one-on-one sessions for feedback and mentoring.
