The strong competitive dynamics of the Hotel Hospitality business require the presence of professionals with a high level of managerial skills and expertise, able to manage successfully all operational and managerial aspects necessary in order to guarantee the qualitative standards of the national and international market. With these considerations in mind, in 2008 Forte Village has promoted, along with the Luiss Business School in Rome, the creation of an Advanced Professional Academy – the Hotel Business School. Its core course is the Master in Five Star Hotel Management – an educational project that is one of a kind in Italy for its teaching content, placement and employment rate (99%).
The Master’s primary objective is to train young managers capable of seizing opportunities for professional success and growth in the national and international 5 star hospitality industry. The HBS boats an Advisory Board of excellence to guide its strategic orientation and guarantee constant correspondence with the concrete development requirements of the hotel industry, with particular reference to the 5 star sector.
The constant reference, during teaching and the placement, to the luxury market segment is the master’s strength.
Young, motivated, determined graduates who wish to pursue a stimulating career in the luxury hospitality sector; professionals currently holding or aiming to hold managing roles in the tourism industry; young school leavers who have already acquired specific experience in the sector and wish to invest in their personal professional growth.
Applicants for the course must have an excellent standard of English and a good level of Italian (for non-Italians), first-rate computer skills and knowledge of the main IT applications. Students should also be fully available to travel for placements and internships
