Aims
GROW – Generating Real Opportunities for Women is a project aimed at promoting, supporting, and enhancing the personal and professional development of female students at Luiss Business School, with a particular focus on their entry into the job market and the advancement of their careers toward leadership positions in companies, public administrations, institutions, universities, and other organizations.
Becoming the forge of tomorrow’s leaders, this is the commitment Luiss Business School has taken on, leveraging its advanced education and research system with the support of leading companies.
GROW reflects the School’s determination to contribute meaningfully to the shared mission of the United Nations, the European Union, and the G20, which have long recognized, and recently reinforced, the importance of women’s roles in society.
The 2025 edition focuses on the theme of Artificial Intelligence and is structured around three main initiatives:
Target Audience
The GROW Project is open to all female students enrolled in Full-Time Master’s programmes (Level I and II) at Luiss Business School. Male students are also welcome to participate in the initiative.
