Luiss Business School carried out a project dedicated to the New Directors of Poste Italiane, coming from the headquarters and from the offices distributed throughout the territory. The objective of the project is to strengthen the main skills required for New Directors by addressing key issues for the professional growth phase of the resources involved.
The training activities are preceded by a series of in-depth meetings with managers and project staff of Poste Italiane, necessary for an adequate contextualization of the topics covered and to increase the effectiveness of teaching.
The course is divided into 4 modules for the total duration of 7 classroom days:

- «Innovation and Change»
- «Business Value»
- «Leadership and Relationship»
The program is characterized by a blended approach and the use of different teaching tools including: Frontal Lectures on the different topics addressed, E-learning Pills introductory and preparatory to classroom activities, Synchronous Webinars “comparison” for sharing best practices, Online Survey to increase awareness about the course, Learning Test, Simulations of deepening and shared reflection.
