Data related to use of this site is stored on site at the University and is only visible and/or available to the technical staff charged with handling it, including contracted maintenance service providers.

Personal data provided by users that request information is only used to carry out the service requested and are sent to third parties only when necessary to complete the request.

Navigation data

While performing regular services, our IT systems and software collect personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in using Internet communication protocols.

This type of information is not collected to be associated with users, but for their nature could be used to identify individuals.

Types of information in this category are: IP addresses, dominions used to connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time a request is placed, the method used to send a request to the server, the size of the file sent in response, a numeric code to indicate the status of the data response from the server, and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment.

Such data is used for the sole purpose of formulating anonymous statistic information regarding use of the site and to guarantee its correct functioning. Data is immediately deleted after use. Data could be used as evidence in case of crime or damage to the site. Excluding this exception, data is currently deleted after seven days.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

Discretionary, explicit and voluntary conferral of an email address when required by the site is stored only to reply to the user’s request, as well as any potential personal data delivered with the message.
