In order to face the deep evolution of these professional figures, the Project Management Institute has decided to keep a new model called ‘PMI Talent Triangle’, aimed to strengthen three key skills: Technical Project Management, Leadership, Strategic and Business Management[1].
At the same time, the PMI has decided to review the entire process to keep the credentials through new criteria of PDU which will start running from next December 2015.
