Objectives

The International Week in Innovation strategies in Cultural and Creative Industries aims to introduce participants to the dynamics of the creative and entertainment industries, particularly in the Dutch context. Through lectures by industry experts, case studies, and visits to iconic institutions, students will gain insights into innovation, business strategy, and sustainable practices across fields such as publishing, gaming, fashion, and arts entrepreneurship. Cultural activities and company visit further provide practical exposure, enriching students’ understanding of how creativity and commerce intersect within these sectors.

By attending this program, students will:

  • Analyze key innovation strategies within the arts, publishing, entertainment, and fashion industries, understanding their role in driving competitive advantage.
  • Evaluate the impact of digital platforms and technology on business strategy in creative sectors, with a particular focus on gaming and e-sports.
  • Explore sustainable and circular business models within the fashion industry and assess their relevance to the creative sector.
  • Understand the Dutch creative industry landscape, its key players, and the role of art and culture in business innovation

Target Audience

The program is intended for graduates (or soon to be graduates), from all disciplines, interested in exploring AI topics through case studies, company visits, and interactions with industry leaders.

Curriculum

The International Week is designed to seamlessly intertwine frontal lessons, guest lectures, company and cultural visits, and interactive activities, offering participants an exciting and immersive learning experience.

The key topics will be:

  • The Art Curator
  • Innovation and circular business models in fashion
  • Business Strategy in Entertainment
  • Art-preneurship

Tuition and Funding

For Luiss Business School and Luiss Guido Carli students

Tuition Fee: €450
Tuition includes course materials and access to Luiss Business School facilities.

For all other students

Tuition Fee: €950

Tuition includes course materials and access to Luiss Business School facilities.

The tuition fee is payable online.

How to apply

Fill in the Application Form (attivare link al CRM) to enroll in the International Week. The following documents will be requested: 

  • copy of degree certificate or self declaration
  • curriculum vitae
  • copy of passport or ID document

ECTS and Certificate of Participation

Participants will earn 5 ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System) upon completing the International Week. A Certificate of Participation will be issued to those attending at least 80% of the program’s activities.
