Curriculum

The Full-time MBA curriculum provides a multichannel approach that combines digital pills and discussing cases in the classroom to foster collaborative learning among students. The 12-month programme structure includes Core Disciplinary Areas, Electives, and a Field project along with Learning labs, Coaching programme, Career Service activities and International experience.

The core disciplinary areas provide students with conceptual framework, analytical and planning tools as well as techniques and methodologies that contribute to the application of a systematic approach to business management.

The Field Project is the last mandatory part of the MBA programme and consists in a project work paper. Every student can freely decide which kind of project work paper he/she wants to work on:

During the MBA programme, participants may attend the laboratories provided in the learning trajectory choosing between Megatrends and Life Skill Labs. 

The Skill Labs are characterised by a highly experiential and practical methodological approach that aim to enhance soft skills and transversal skills. The goal is to achieve an overview of the business scenario and to acquire useful tools for personal and professional growth.
