Alessandro, Adjunct Faculty Member at Luiss Business School, is currently Head of Hospitality
Investments Italy at Cushman & Wakefield, a global firm leader in real estate services listed on
the NYSE.
He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of La Sapienza and obtained a Master
in Business Administration from Luiss Business School in 2002. Alessandro is member of the
Hospitality Committee at Assoimmobiliare Confindustria and member of the Royal Institution of
Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
With 23 years of experience in the real estate sector, before joining Cushman & Wakefield, he
was Head of Tourism Real Estate at Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Real Asset SGR, Director of
Investments at Fabrica SGR (managing over €1.5 billion in investments), Head of Real Estate at
the Mittel Group (and a member of the Board of Directors of Castello SGR), and Head of Tourism
Acquisitions at Pirelli Real Estate
