Francesca Tauriello, Adjunct Faculty Member at Luiss Business School, has had a career as an Executive Manager in leading multinational companies, such as The Walt Disney Company—where she managed the audiovisual content business in over 60 countries—and Nestlé, where she was General Manager of the Buitoni Dry Food Division. As a consultant, she has worked on projects for Fox Channels, Turner Broadcasting, and ITV Studios.

She has distinguished herself by growing the businesses she has managed and by introducing changes that have significantly transformed market practices. She combines a structured, results-oriented managerial approach—featuring strong financial and negotiation skills—with creative and innovative solutions.

From 2015 to 2019, she held the Chair of Creative Industries and Business Model Innovation in the Department of Business and Management at Luiss University.

She holds certifications as Professional Coach, Life Coach, 101 Transactional Analyst, Technician Mentor, and Facilitator in the Exit Counseling process—certifications recognized by national and international professional associations. These qualifications demonstrate her commitment to supporting the personal and professional development of the teams she has worked with, as well as her students.
