Ivan Dompé, Adjunct Faculty Member at Luiss Business School, is Global Strategy & International- Head of International Communication Partner at Group Ferrovie dello Stato. He joined the company in 2024 with the mission of enhancing the company’s presence abroad, where it generates €3 billion in revenue and employs 12,000 people. 

Dompé graduated in Economics and has been a registered journalist since 1995; he is recognized as one of the most experienced corporate and financial communication executives in Italy. Throughout his career, he has worked with some of the country’s most important industrial and multinational companies, serving as Head of Communication for TIM, Terna, and Luxottica, as well as spokesperson for late Mr. Leonardo Del Vecchio. A pioneer of digital communication in Italy, he headed media relations and digital communications of Edison and corporate press office at Pirelli. He started his career at Ketchum and Burson-Marsteller, two of the most prominent global PR agencies.
