Graduated in Foreign Languages ​​and Literatures at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan. You have been in Mediobanca since 2001 after gaining experience in Lazard Italia and Banca Imi. Under her leadership, the Group Communication Department was born with the aim of promoting the brand, developing the reputation of the bank, top management and group companies and encouraging an open and effective dialogue with stakeholders through all the levers of communication. As Group Communications Director you are currently responsible for the following areas: Institutional Relations; Communication and reputation management of the Group CEO; Corporate Reputation Management; Media Relations & Channel Management; Brand Management & Marketing; Advertising & Media Planning; Social Media & Content Hub; Events & Sponsorships CSR Communication; Mediobanca Historical Archive. For 6 years he has been a director of CheBanca !, the bank of the Mediobanca Group dedicated to savings and investments, currently a director of MIS – Mediobanca Innovation Services, the IT, administrative and facility management services company of the Mediobanca group and R&D companies in liquidation (Ricerche e Studi, the company of the group that develops economic and financial studies on Italian companies and markets), member of the Board of Directors of UPA – Users of Associated Advertising, director of Auditel, a cross-controlled body that brings together all components of the television market.
