Emiliano Lazzaro, an Adjunct Faculty Member at Luiss Business School, is an Experienced Banking and Advisory Real Estate Investments professional with a track record of managing EUR 35B+ in real estate portfolios across Europe, the Middle East, and Russia. Strong expertise in investment execution, deal structuring, portfolio management, and asset repositioning. Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and Registered Valuer, with additional experience in fund management, capital deployment, and financial structuring. Currently Senior Consultant at E2C, held senior positions at JLL, CBRE, and Citigroup, working on real estate acquisitions, distressed assets, structured finance and AI integration.

Emiliano starts his professional career in Morgan Stanley e Goldman Sachs / Archon Group managing distressed investment in Italy. He moves to London to join the Global Special Situation Group of Citi as supervisor of the Italian and German investments. In 2007 is invited to Dubai to found Noor Islamic Bank, generating transactions for USD 11+ billion in 2008.

In 2009 decides to go back to Europe as a consultant for Swedbank, a Nordic-Baltic banking group based in Stockholm, Sweden. His mandate is to create an automatic digital monitoring system for the distressed assets in the Baltics and Russia. In 2011 Emiliano wins two awards at Cass Business School and he graduated in 2014 with a double Executive MBA in London and Dubai also with Specialization in Islamic finance. Following up with his project started during the time of his studies, he funds L Capital Advisory in London supervising investments for EUR 14+ billion.
