Raffaele Vitale is an Adjunct Faculty Member at Luiss Business School, where he teaches modules on digital transformation and customer management. With over 20 years of consulting experience, he has held leadership roles in international firms and Big4 companies, driving business transformation through data analytics, AI, and cloud technologies.

He is currently Managing Partner at Valyrian Enterprise Solutions, leading the advisory and digital transformation business units. He also serves as a senior advisor to startups and scale-ups in the Martech and Madtech sectors, supporting go-to-market strategies and technological innovation.

Raffaele holds a university degree and a Master of Science in Physics from the University of Pisa, and completed an advanced program in Corporate Financial Risk Management at MIP – Politecnico di Milano.

He has extensive experience in building and scaling multidisciplinary, multicultural teams, combining business and technology expertise to support organizational change and innovation.
