After having obtained a degree cum laude in Law from Luiss Guido Carli, and fulfilled my military service obligations, in 1992 I was awarded a six-month Assonime scholarship. In November 1992 I started my professional career in KPMG Tax & Legal, becoming an associate in 1995, ordinary partner in 1998, salary partner in 2003 and subsequently equity partner in 2007. Qualified to practice law since 1993, Statutory auditor since 1999, Cassation lawyer from 2017. I started my teaching activity in 1999, from 2000 to 2008 lecturer at the University of Teramo and from the AA 2008/2009 holder of a supplementary contract of Advanced Tax Law at the Luiss Faculty of Law. I regularly teach at Masters and post-graduate courses, as well as lectures in sector conferences. Since 2005 I have taught at the Ipsoa Tax Master. From 2000 to 2006 I collaborated in the teaching of the Luiss Management Tax Master, in 2021 I held a lecture-laboratory at the Master in Tax Law, Accounting and Tax Planning of the Luiss Business School. I was a lecturer in the Master of International Tax Planning at the Sapienza University, in the Inter-university Tax Master at the Universities of Chieti-Pescara and Teramo, in the Tax Master at the University of Calabria, in the Higher School of Economics and Finance, in the Ipsoa Master on Corporate Income, in the Ceida Master for the administrative staff of universities.

I have been a speaker at conferences on direct and indirect taxation, as well as the management of tax risk, by the Italian Ifa-branch, the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome and Cosenza, the Journal 231 and Farmindustria .

I am the author of over 100 publications, including 9 contributions to primary collective works as well as a further work in the process of being published in the field of direct and indirect taxation.

Since 2019 I have been collaborating on a regular basis with the Law and Tax page of the newspaper Italia Oggi, with articles on legislative innovations and interpretations of jurisprudence and practice.
