Domenico Casalino, Senior Advisor in strategies, organization, technologies, and procurement. He is an Adjunct Faculty Member at Luiss Business School, where he is the Scientific Coordinator and lecturer of the Executive Programme in Bid and Proposal Management, as well as a lecturer in Procurement Strategy for the Master in Healthcare Management. He has taught courses on procurement and e-procurement at other universities as well. He has held positions as a manager at the Ministry of Economy and Finance and ENAV; he has served as a board member and CEO of 7 public and private companies (CEO of Consip, CEO of Techno Sky, CEO of Gruppo AC, CEO of VPE, Coopercredito, Net4market, and Gruppo DGS); he has been member of the Supervisory Committee on the LCA of Finanziaria Ernesto Breda and Reggiane OMI; and he has been a consultant for public entities and companies (including the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Lazio Region, IIT, SACE, ACI Informatica, and Sogin).
