Nevio Zaino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience across EMEA in infrastructure, energy, aviation, and travel. He has held senior executive, investor, and advisory roles, driving strategic growth and transformation in these industries.

Currently, Nevio serves as the CEO of Value and Performance, an advisory and investment firm specializing in interim management, strategy consulting, and M&A services for leading corporations, institutions, and large family offices in the GCC.

Previously, he held senior leadership positions at TAQA Group—one of the largest integrated utilities in EMEA—and Etihad Aviation Group, where he spearheaded high-profile turnarounds, corporate strategy initiatives, and cross-border investments. Earlier in his career, he was an investment professional at Investindustrial Private Equity in Switzerland, focusing on the Italian market. He began his professional journey as a management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton (now Strategy&), advising clients across various industries and markets in the EMEA region.

Nevio holds a Senior Leadership Diploma from London Business School, an MBA from IESE Business School, and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Federico II University of Naples.

In addition to his corporate roles, he serves as an advisor to the Abu Dhabi Investment Office and is an active mentor and investor in SMEs and scale-ups.
