Gianfilippo Pandolfini began his career first in consulting and then took on managerial roles of increasing responsibility in large multinational banking groups.

From 2006 he held the role of Human Resources Director for 10 years, then Chief Operating Officer until early 2024.

In these roles he led complex transformation projects with the aim of improving the quality of customer services and optimizing the use and investments in resources, economic and human.

Since April 2024, he has been Senior Advisor for KPMG in the People & Change and Operations practices.

He is passionate about people, technological transformation, organization, and change management that he believes are elements that can create a competitive advantage and ensure the sustainability of results in the long term.

In his career as an Executive Manager, he has developed the conviction that continuous learning is a fundamental mental approach to develop the skills, mental agility and engagement necessary to face our ever-changing and rapidly changing world.
