Carlo Ravazzin, Adjunct Faculty Member at Luiss Business School, founder partner of Studio Sancetta Ravazzin. He is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor with over 25 years of professional experience in the field of business and economic consulting, internal auditing, risk management, restructuring and business crisis.

He graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Rome La Sapienza in 1995, with full marks and honors. He was a Reserve Officer of the Guardia di Finanza. He began his career in 1998 at the accounting firm Ernst & Young.

Over the course of his career, he has developed the ability to relate to the top management of complex institutions characterized by different decision-making processes ranging from big corporations to large public bodies as well as companies in a state of crisis, finding the right balance between conflicting interests and always maintaining ethical behavior and a respect of the rules.

Former adjunct professor at the Higher School of Economics and Finance and at the National School of Administration managed by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, he is currently President of the Commission “Liability of Entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01” of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Rome, as well as member of the technical table, established by the Ministry of Justice, for the reform of Legislative Decree 231/2001. He sits on various boards of statutory auditors and in various supervisory bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 and is a judicial commissioner, judicial administrator, voluntary and judicial liquidator of companies in business crisis, as well as a technical consultant to the Civil and Criminal Court of Rome in accounting, corporate and valuation matters.

He is the author of numerous publications and books.
