Alessandro Garofalo, Adjunct Faculty Member at Luiss Business School, is a physicist and innovation consultant with over 40 years of experience in developing new products and services. He worked also for 17 years in metalworking and energy companies.

In 1995, he founded ‘Garofalo & Idee Associate’, a creative laboratory that has collaborated with companies such as Ferrari, Lavazza, Pirelli, Geox, BNL and Technogym, focusing on interdisciplinary innovation and unconventional management training, including outdoor training.

He taught at prestigious national education institutions.

From 2005 to 2012, he was president and then member of the board of directors of Trentino Sviluppo S.p.A. Author of publications, speaker and populariser at events on creativity and innovation, he is known for his pragmatic approach and ability to apply creativity to business, using techniques that encourage participation from the bottom up in idea generation.
