Luca Lanetta is Head of Group HR Development, Change Management and Digital HR for Gruppo Poste Italiane. He has a Degree in Economics and a Master’s in Innovation Management from the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies, Pisa, Italy, and for more than 20 years he works in the field of People & Organization with the passion of “making things happen” and innovating. He worked for important Groups such as Fiat, Acea, Ferrovie dello Stato, Gruppo Bancario Iccrea, acquiring wide experience in different business sectors on how to develop human capital and the organizational conditions to best address business challenges, particularly in the Digital Age. He carries out teaching activities and takes part as a rapporteur in seminars promoted by different Universities and Business Schools.
