Born in Perugia in 1962, married with three children. Over 35 years of professional experience in the origination, structuring and execution of corporate and export finance transactions carried out on behalf of banks, corporates, supranational and sovereign institutions in both domestic and international financial markets. Furthermore he was involved in the structuring of financial derivatives products, credit default swaps, securitizations and in countless credit and risk exposure due diligences. During the last four year of his professional experience with CDP Group he was deeply involved in the structuring and execution of equity and quasi equity transactions.
He has gathered on the field an extensive decision knowhow relating to the strategic financial management of internationalization and export transactions, bank financing and corporate finance. In January 2020, after he resigned from CDP Group, he has been working as an independent senior financial advisor in various cross border transactions, the scale-up of startups and he has been teaching, as a part-time professor, in advanced executive programs of Business Schools amongst the others the Executive and International MBA of Luiss Business School.
