I have over 15 years of experience in Corporate Finance and in particular in the valuation of companies and complex investment projects in multiple sectors. During my career I have evaluated more than 500 companies and financial instruments and with my team I have supported the management of some of the major Italian companies with financial and strategic advice during complex transactions in Italy and abroad. I teach company evaluation courses in many Italian universities and I am an external member of the “Business Consulting and Company Evaluation” Commission of the ODCEC of Rome and of the Evaluation Research Group of ASSIREVI
