Matteo Rinaldi is the Co-founder of Human-Centric Group, a strategic marketing consultancy headquartered in London. He has developed and implemented successful brand strategies for a wide range of globally recognized companies, including Danone, Carlsberg, Efes, Coca-Cola HBC, Juventus, Tecnam, Visa, Carrefour, TGI Fridays, Super Bock, Revlon, Mitsubishi, among others, across Europe, South America, and Africa.
With a strong international background and a human-centered, data-driven approach, Matteo has a proven track record of driving double-digit growth for clients at both local and regional levels. Earlier in his career, he gained marketing experience in multinational corporations across various channels and product categories.
He is a frequent keynote speaker at international marketing events and a contributor to leading industry publications. He is the author of two books: Human-Centric Marketing (2020), a marketing best-seller in Italy, and Mindset Tribale (2023), focused on marketing strategies to conquer the market one tribe at the time.
Matteo has taught Marketing and Brand Strategy in several prestigious universities in Italy, the United States, Hungary, Brazil, Turkey, Armenia, and the Netherlands. He has lived in Italy, the United States, Taiwan, Australia, Brazil, Turkey, UAE, and Armenia, bringing a truly global perspective to his work in education and consulting.
