Luca Giustiniano (PhD in Business Information Systems) is Full Professor of Organization Studies. He is also Prorector for Organization and Faculty at Luiss Guido Carli University and has been Associate Dean for Quality Management and Accreditation at Luiss Business School. During his career he has held various international positions, including: visiting scholar at the Viktoria Institute (Sweden, 1999), visiting scholar at the Wharton School of Management, University of Pennsylvania (USA, 2003), and Visiting Associate Professor at the Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia (Canada, 2011).
In 2011 he was honored by Canada’s Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development with two awards: the Canada-Europe Award and the Faculty Exchange Program. His research interests focus on the theme of organizational design through the use of various methods of investigation. On a gap year for 2014/2015, he is a research affiliate at the Interdisciplinary Center for Organizational Architecture (ICOA, Aarhus University, Denmark) and visiting professor at the Nova School of Business and Economics, Lisbon (Portugal). He is a member of several scientific societies, including: ASSIOA (Italian Association of Business Organization), EGOS (European Group for Organizational Studies), and AOM (Academy of Management). He is Director of the Center for research on Leadership, Innovation and Organization (CLIO).
