Rosella Santella is a Post-Doc researcher at the Department of Business and Management, LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome.
She obtained her PhD in Management from LUISS University in 2013 with a Thesis titled “The impact of Core Self Evaluation on Entrepreneurial Transition and Financing”.
She is in charge of a series of teaching roles in LUISS University in the fields of Corporate Finance and Advanced Corporate Finance.
From 2013 to 2015 she was a member of the Italian Technical Unit for Project Finance (UTFP), under the control of the Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
Before joining LUISS University, she worked for a primary insurance company by making performances analyses on a variety of asset portfolios and she worked for a leading Italian bank by making analyses on quasi-equity products and their effects on the financial structure of SMEs according to Basilea II rules.
