Veteran of P&G, where I worked since 1979 covering senior positions in various geographies up to global responsibilities over the last 3 years, with Best In Class results. I also served as FATER CEO contributing to make it one of the excellent Companies in Rome. I led an innovative business model, and helped developing a very strong organisation able to grow in spite of the economic crisis and declining markets. FATER also became a role model for Sustainability, with several innovative projects (like diapers recycling), and I am generally seen as an opinion leader in this field. I also gave contributions in several other fields, consistent with my passion for teaching and for business innovation and leadership. This happened at the University level and through the creation of the first Voluntary Association to promote startups in the region of Abruzzo.
