Career Week
The Career Week is an opportunity for students to leverage their career development in an intensive format free of regular classes. Students will have the opportunity to network with a wide variety of companies from different industries
The Career Service will work with each student to discover his potentials, strengths and development areas to identify and define professional profile. This journey will empower each student to increase self-awareness and identify the best possible path for their future career.
The Career Service will give support to students to edit their CVs and cover letters. Thanks to that, students will learn how to professionally build a resume that shows relevant skills and experiences to employers.
Throughout mock interviews, students will also learn techniques on how to effectively perform during a recruitment process, including preparation for an interview, how to manage an interview, and how to follow up. Led by professional staff, students are provided with the tools to succeed in a range of interview contexts.
Students will upload their CVs on a dedicated web platform. The CV Book will be periodically shared with national and international companies from different industries.
Leading Italian and international companies will introduce the industries in which they operate, with an outlook on their corporate culture, values and needs. Managers from leading companies in our network will share their professional experience with the students.
Leader 4 Talent – L4T
Each path adopts a teaching methodology that combines traditional lectures with speakers and testimonies, strongly oriented to management practices occurring in the company. In particular, the L4T path is designed to facilitate the meeting with leaders of the main organizations, offering our students the experience of a debate that can enrich them in terms of professional and soft skills.
