Induction Week
The Induction Week is a soft-landing aiming at students socialization with each other and with the LUISS Business School organization.
It includes several workshops focused on:

International Students have the opportunity to attend an intensive Italian Crash Course before the Induction Week.
1 Term General Management
In this period the cornerstones of business processes and functions will be outlined, providing students with a solid foundation and an overall standpoint of the business organization as a whole.

2 Term Core Courses

- Facing reputational distress in the mobile digital economy

- Reengineering operational processes
4 Term Field Project
Students complete the programme with a field project, that consists of individual assignments to be accomplished under the supervision of a company mentor and an academic tutor, oriented at solving a real business problem identified by the Key Corporate Partners of the LUISS BS network.
The project allows students to:
- Face with and solve real business problem at an international level
- Put into play their interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Develop a network that they can properly exploit in future professional careers
- Disseminate the obtained outcome

Final Exam and Graduation
Career Service
The aim of Career Service is to leverage students career development in an intensive format free of regular classes. Students will have the opportunity to network with a wide variety of companies from different industries

Leader 4 Talent – L4T
Each path adopts a teaching methodology that combines traditional lectures with speakers and testimonies, strongly oriented to management practices occurring in the company. In particular, the L4T path is designed to facilitate the meeting with leaders of the main organizations, offering our students the experience of a debate that can enrich them in terms of professional and soft skills.
