The Learning Tours are activities designed for – and with – international schools or companies willing to get acquainted with the European and Italian climate for doing business

 

The scope of the Learning Tours is to enhance knowledge about the economic potential, business, 
rules and regulatory frameworks. Lecturers, guest speakers and industry representatives will help participants understanding the competitive environment, opportunities and threats, and main aspects of doing business in the EU and in Italy.

Each Learning Tour is composed ad-hoc, following the request of the groups and their interests for specific topics. Groups can design their tour with seminar sessions, aimed to introduce participants to the European and Italian business and regulatory context (examples are: business modeling and value innovation in Italy; cultural dimensions of doing business in Italy and in the EU; branding and brand management in Italy; food & wine; Tourism; luxury and fashion; the Italian motor industry); keynote speeches by industry representatives (either on campus or at the company sites); company visits organized throughout Italy to deepen the understanding of the seminar topics; finally social or cultural activities

In May and June 2016, the Learning Tour activity has welcomed, as in the past years, two groups of MBA and EMBA students of Bellarmine University and East Tennessee State University. The schools have opted to focus on seminar session, aimed at deepening the general EU environment, the cultural and characteristics of doing business in Italy, the marketing of Made in Italy and the value innovation approach of italian entrepreneurs.
