Professor of Practice in Human Resource Management, Director of the Executive Master in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Administration and of the Master in Sviluppo Manageriale.  

After graduating in Philosophy from the University of Milan (IT), he earned a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from UMIST – the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UK). Also in the UK, he obtained a PhD in E-Research and Technology Enhanced Learning from Lancaster University.  

Founder and Managing Partner of McNigam SRL. In a career spanning more than 35 years, he has held senior positions in several European multinational companies, including Johnson & Johnson Medical, in both national (Italy) and international (Mediterranean Area) positions.  

Parallel to his industrial career, he has gained solid academic experience, working as Chief Knowledge Officer, Research Lead, and lecturer in Human Resources at the ISTUD Foundation.  

He has authored numerous studies on topics such as learning, problem solving, transactional analysis, leadership, change management, and mergers and acquisitions. His current research interests include applied neuroscience, technology-enhanced reflective learning, and their impact on organizational design and strategic development.
