Fabrizio Granà, PhD, is an Associate Professor of performance measurement and impact management at LUISS Business School. He was previously Associate Professor of Management Control and European Associate Dean of the Bachelor in Management at ESCP Business School (Paris and Turin campuses). He earned his PhD in Accounting from the University of Galway and has held academic positions at the University of Edinburgh Business School, LUISS Guido Carli, and Roehampton University.

Fabrizio’s research lies at the intersection of accounting and organization studies. His recent work investigates how management control and accountability practices can support managers in responding to today’s social and environmental challenges. He is currently examining how organizations attempt to measure the future impact of their decisions, particularly in sectors such as space and high-technology. His research explores the time dimension of performance – how past, present, and future are represented and reconciled through accounting and reporting systems.

He is involved in several national and international research projects, often in collaboration with public institutions and multinational companies operating in complex and innovation-driven environments.
